The initial telephone conversation
We will listen to your needs and desires. Then, we will
explain our capabilities and which, if any of our products might be able to meet
your needs. If it seems to you like there is a good match between your requirements
and our capabilities, you can invite us to your home to look over and further discuss
the situation. There will be no financial obligation for our visit.
The site visit
We will arrive on time to survey the premises with you
and dig deeper into the specifics of your requirements. We will then discuss which
of our offerings might provide the best solution and the pros and cons of any alternatives.
We will provide you with a rough cost estimate to install the best options. At that
point you can decide if there remains a solid basis for us to further research your
options. If not, we will thank you for your time and be quickly on our way. If,
however, you decide that a more detailed review is warranted, we will schedule
a follow up telephone call.
The follow-up call
After reflecting on the details of your project, we will
further explain the best solutions and any potential issues that might arise during
the installation. We will provide you with the prices for these solutions, payment
terms and an overview of how the installation process might proceed. At this point
you will once more have the opportunity to decide if there remains a good reason
for a final site visit or perhaps a live demonstration. Again there will be no financial obligation for a subsequent visit
or demo but you will be asked to make a decision at that meeting.
The follow up visit or demonstration
We will demonstrate and/or discuss in detail the solution
that we have developed. While we understand that these projects can evolve during
the installation process, we will make any necessary changes in scope and price
to the base plan at this time. Upon reviewing our proposed plan and its
associated investment you will have the opportunity to make one of three choices.
- If you decide that you would like to proceed we can
prepare and execute an agreement at the end of the meeting.
- If you decide that you would like us to revise our
proposed plan or do further research, you will be asked for a nominal design deposit
to cover our efforts. That deposit will be applicable to the total investment
in your project.
- If you decide that our offering isn't right for you
after all, we will cheerfully thank you for the opportunity to offer our services
and quickly be on our way.
